Please read our refund policy as well as our shipping policy before you place any orders on this website.
1) We do not refund for change of mind orders.
2) If an order is received in a damaged condition, we will refund your order in full provided you have provided us photographic proof of the damage within 2 days of receiving the item.
3) If you have received an incorrect order, we shall send you the correct order at our expense. The incorrect item will need to be collected back by Eastern Scent. However, should the customer wish to keep the incorrect item sent, they may do so at 50% of the price of the item.
4) Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account or your ShopPay account only.
5) If you have not received your order, especially for International Orders, we will need to carry out an investigation with the courier company before a full refund is provided. We shall keep you updated on the full progress of any investigation.
